** Cleated backings will keep mats in place on many types of commercial carpet, especially ones with 100% Loop or Cut/Loop pile construction. It may be necessary to use a carpet underlayment on some types of carpeting especially ones that have cut/pile construction to keep the mats in place. In these cases, we recommend or Magna Grip underlayment for Cleated Back mats and Miracle Hold underlayment for Smooth back mats.
